Nordnote writes the note from the consultation. Once you have reviewed it, the Nordnote desktop app fills in the COSMIC fields for you – in the right order, in the right template. You read it through and sign in COSMIC as usual.
How it works
Open the note in COSMIC
Choose the record template in COSMIC as usual and place the cursor in the first field.
Click “Export to COSMIC”
The desktop app shows what will be filled in and enters the text field by field.
Review and sign
Everything is in COSMIC. Read it through, change anything if needed, and sign.
Why it works without an integration project
No integration from Cambio
The desktop app fills in the fields just as you would with the keyboard. No API, no changes to COSMIC.
Only what you have reviewed
Only reviewed fields and confirmed diagnosis codes are exported. AI suggestions you haven't approved stay behind.
Swedish templates
The fields follow the COSMIC templates for doctor's notes and phone consultations.

Questions about COSMIC
What needs to be installed?
The Nordnote desktop app for Windows or macOS on the computer where COSMIC is used. Nordnote itself runs in the browser.
Do we need to order anything from Cambio?
No. The desktop app works in COSMIC's regular forms and needs no integration or licence from Cambio.
Does Nordnote sign the note?
No. Nordnote only fills in the fields. You review and sign in COSMIC, just as today.
